The VendorRate report summarizes customer satisfaction ratings from more than 3,000 technology professionals. Those surveyed rate vendors confidentially on ten specific performance criteria that include customer service, reliability, integrity, budget and effectiveness. In addition to salesforce.com, ChemSW, Informix, Intel, IBM, HP, Amazon, VMware, Apple and Research in Motion were also listed in the top ten for overall customer satisfaction.
