“The University of Memphis needed more than just another vendor to meet their growing needs — they were in search of a solution that would help elevate all aspects of their current recruitment and retention strategies. We are proud to be their new partner from interest to graduation,” said Sasha Peterson, president, Hobsons EMT.

With the help of the EMT Connect Enterprise Solution, the University of Memphis will be able to effectively communicate with interested students through whatever medium they choose; including text messages, e-mails, Web sites, chats, or phone. Memphis will also be able to create, manage, and integrate all of their campaigns in one easy-to-use platform, track results and progress with real-time reporting features.

Once students are enrolled, data in EMT Connect integrates seamlessly with EMT Retain to help identify at-risk students before they are lost to attrition. The consistent communication students experience throughout the admissions process continues during enrollment, ultimately increasing student satisfaction.
