Verizon and the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee Host Forum on Internet Safety and the 50 + Adult Community

SARASOTA, Fla., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ — The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee and Verizon will host a forum on Internet safety for the 50 + adult community on Thursday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the University of South Florida’s Sarasota-Manatee campus.

Bill McCollum will deliver the keynote address and the event will include a panel discussion with community leaders, an AARP representative, University of South Florida officials and Verizon executives. The discussion will focus on issues facing the 50 + adult community such as security and fraud.
