Combined Conference to leverage both events as Inbound Marketing Summit
CANTON, Mass., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ — New Marketing Labs, LLC (www.newmarketinglabs.com), creators and producers of the New Marketing Summit, today announced the acquisition of the Inbound Marketing Summit conference. The combination of these two market-leading programs will bring the best in thought leadership together for three events throughout the US in 2009 – San Francisco, April 28-29; Dallas, May 27-28 and Boston, September 30-October 1. The new combined program will be renamed as the Inbound Marketing Summit.
“This is a great opportunity to pool the power and reach of two excellent conferences and bring together the resources of two very effective marketing organizations. The new Inbound Marketing Summit allows both organizations to combine their communities and help drive the agenda in social and new media in 2009 and beyond,” said Chris Brogan, President of New Marketing Labs.
According to Inbound Marketing Summit General Manager Justin Levy, “We’re in our third year for our summit and have some great new opportunities for sponsors – from New Marketing TV, social media engagement, event reporting, to speaking slots. Social media is definitely coming of age and we now have the strongest set of programs for companies to bring products and services to market. It’s great to have the Inbound Marketing Summit strength behind us, with the original New Marketing Summit team of
Chris Brogan, David Meerman Scott and Paul Gillin. These two conferences combined really drive where the new media thinking is going.”
