Entrust Enables Secure, Authenticated Access to Enterprise Resources for Global Facility Services Group

Agreement with ISS France facilitated by local partner, displaces competitor’s high-priced tokens

With Entrust IdentityGuard grids authenticating the identities of the organization’s employees, ISS France is able to manage the roles and specific access of their entire workforce and specific third-party organizations. This verification is based on inclusion to predefined user groups. Facilitated by local French partner Digital People, the implementation also enabled ISS France to simplify an enrollment process that was complex, costly and time-consuming in the previous environment. Digital People also tailored Entrust IdentityGuard to help ISS manage employee access according to their roles. This was a key decision criterion to ISS.
