Custom Credit Systems, William James & Associates Partner to Meet Expanded Need

Companies join forces to offer more robust system to current, new clients

RICHARDSON, Texas, Feb. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Custom Credit Systems (CCS), a provider of integrated, end-to-end, credit processing and maintenance systems for small business and commercial loan processing, announced today that it has developed a strategic alliance with William James & Associates, a provider of workflow-based solutions for the financial services industry. The partnership allows CCS to exclusively distribute William James' ClientBuilder customer relationship management (CRM) system as a module within CCS' CustomLender(R) lending automation suite, and William James can also resell CCS' CustomLender, allowing both companies to broaden their footprint within the industry.

ClientBuilder, with integration to Microsoft Outlook, helps loan officers manage, track and report on activities such as making referrals, recording call details and updating pipeline and sales reports. The module also allows managers to create reports regarding loan officer activity and forecast pipeline activity.
