Frost & Sullivan's North American Managed Security Service Providers Customer Value Leadership Award is presented to the company that best demonstrates the ability to serve its customer base with more value-added products and services than competing vendors. In order to select the award recipient, Frost & Sullivan analysts evaluated each market participant according to predetermined criteria. In addition, the analyst team conducted interviews with all market participants and extensive secondary research on market and technological trends.
