Avineon Appoints Mark O'Connell as Director of Strategic Development

O'Connell's work experience includes more than eleven years in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he served a four-year term as chief of staff for a veteran representative. He has broad experience in legislative affairs and business development for private industry and served as a Deputy Associate Administrator for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) prior to joining Avineon.
