TDK Semiconductor Moves Corporate Headquarters

TUSTIN, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–July 29, 2003–TDK Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE:TDK) has moved its worldwide headquarters to a new building in the Irvine Spectrum, Orange County’s leading high-tech center. The new headquarters is home to the company’s marketing, engineering, sales, finance and administration departments, as well as the company’s design center.

“With a high concentration of high-tech companies, the Spectrum is the ideal location for our corporate headquarters. Our neighbors include software, biotech, computer hardware/software, medical devices, broadband, and automotive design companies,” stated Jerry Fitch, chief financial officer.
