TDK Semiconductor Moves Corporate Headquarters

TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2003--TDK Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE:TDK) has moved its worldwide headquarters to a new building in the Irvine Spectrum, Orange County's leading high-tech center. The new headquarters is home to the company's marketing, engineering, sales, finance and administration departments, as well as the company's design center.
"With a high concentration of high-tech companies, the Spectrum is the ideal location for our corporate headquarters. Our neighbors include software, biotech, computer hardware/software, medical devices, broadband, and automotive design companies," stated Jerry Fitch, chief financial officer.
TDK Semiconductor's new address is 6400 Oak Canyon, Irvine, Calif., 92618-5201. The company is vacating its building on Michelle Drive in Tustin, but retaining the same phone and fax numbers, 714-508-8800 and 714-508-8875, respectively.
TDK Semiconductor's other locations include a design center in Mountain View, Calif. and sales offices in Florida, New York, United Kingdom, Taiwan, and Japan.
