To assist customers with the necessary updates and dedicated support, Futurex is proud to announce the new customer service group called Xceptional Support. Unlike traditional customer support and service, the Xceptional Support group is a dedicated team that goes the extra mile to ensure the ongoing security and compliance of Futurex technology.
As part of the Xceptional Support, Futurex is introducing the Product Monitoring and Update Service. This will ensure customers that their Futurex devices are operating with the most recent firmware versions and security updates. Futurex is also pleased to announce the new Guardian9000, which will serve as an added layer of protection that continually monitors and updates a customer's HSM network.
