DSW Inc. and Zappos Reach Settlement in Lawsuit Related To Affiliated Marketing on the Internet

COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DSW Inc. (NYSE: DSW) and Zappos announced today the companies have reached a settlement in a lawsuit brought by DSW in May 2008. The lawsuit related to affiliated marketing over the Internet that included the DSW name. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
