Secretary of Jinan City Council Visits China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc.

JINAN, China, March 18 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ — Mr. Yan Rongzhu,
Secretary of the Jinan City Council and the alternative member of the CPC
Central Committee, recently visited the Jinan Yinquan Technology Co. (Yinquan),
