Sodexo Earns ISO/IEC 20000 Certification for Information Technology Service Management

ISO/IEC 20000 provides a recognized and tested management system that allows an IT service organization to plan, manage, deliver, monitor, report, review and improve its services. Sodexo IS&T staff collaborated with auditors from Underwriter Labs to garner the ISO/IEC 20000 certification.
