Ontier Inc. Donates Stock Options to Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Northwest

Local Developer of On-Demand Software Donates Options on 250,000 Shares to Portland-based Foundation

PORTLAND, Ore., March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Northwest (EFNW), created to provide early stage growth companies a way to give back to the community , received a donation of options on 250,000 shares from Ontier Inc. Board member Les Fahey and CEO Sebastian Rapport personally contributed 20 percent of this from their individual equity positions.

By joining EFNW, Ontier Inc., formed in early 2008, is guaranteeing their allegiance to community involvement.
