Vadium Technology Inc. Appoints Mr. Dale Miller SVP Sales & Marketing

TACOMA, Wash., March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Vadium Technology, Inc. the leading provider of easy to use, unbreakable data encryption solutions today announced the appointment of Mr. Dale W. Miller, to the Company's senior executive team as Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing. Mr. Miller brings to Vadium more than 30 years of proven leadership and international sales experience, with such highly respected companies as Global Crossing and AT&T.

About Dale Miller

Prior to joining Vadium, Mr. Miller was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Carrier Sales of Global Crossing's Latin America & Caribbean region. In his role as Managing Director, Mr. Miller provided daily leadership to business function heads and indirectly to 160 employees in the Latin America & Caribbean Region. He also led development of the business justifications support of major investment and capital budget decisions of the company. As Senior Vice President of Carrier Sales, Mr. Miller lead a geographically dispersed sales team multiplying the number of new customers while significantly increasing recurring revenues from existing customers.

Before his service at Global Crossing, Mr. Miller served as Director of Network Services for AT&T Communications in the United Kingdom where he lead, from green field start-up to full operations and revenue generation, the network design and implementation of AT&T Communications UK Limited's phase one circuit switched three node intelligent network providing virtual network service (VNS) to a multi-national customer base. Within 4 years of starting this unit, it was generating over $250 million in annual revenue.

Before leading this start-up business unit in AT&T, Mr. Miller held many positions during his 21-year career at the company including working as the District Manager of the Transport Service Centre, providing leadership and direction to a division of more than 700 employees across two geographically separated work centers.

Mr. Miller has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University. He has also participated in professional development programs at the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in France and at Pennsylvania State University.
