Mayor of Jinan City Visits China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc.’s Subsidiary

JINAN, Shandong, China, March 30 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ — Mr. Zhang
Jianguo, Mayor of Jinan City, visited Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., a wholly
owned subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
CVDT) on March 26, 2009.

During his visit, Mr. Li Kunwu, CEO of Yinquan, presented a brief
introduction of the company as well as its products. Mr. Li also highlighted
his company’s virtualization technology, which has received great support from
the government. Mr. Zhang was very interested in Yinquan’s products and
technologies. He stated that Yinquan, a good example for small- and
medium-sized technology companies in Jinan, should continue to develop
innovative products and services. Mr. Zhang highly praised the virtualization
technology with benefits of lower energy consumption, and encouraged Yinquan
to increase its marketing effort in promoting the virtualization technology.

Mr. Li expressed his appreciation to Mr. Zhang for visiting Yinquan. He
