VOXOFON Introduces Easy International Calling for Businesses

VOXOFON Business Solution Offers Cheap Rates, Many Options, No Monthly Fee

HOUSTON, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Confronting the high cost of an increasingly mobile and international workforce has been made easier with VOXOFON, the internet telephony service known for having the widest range of options for low-cost international calling.

VOXOFON's Business Solution, designed with international businesses in mind, is the company's response to the numerous business inquiries about its service. VOXOFON provides each business with one account, which can include multiple sub-accounts for its employees. The business receives a monthly invoice, similar to a regular telephone bill, which includes information on each of the employees' sub-accounts. Prepaid accounts are also available.

With one account, businesses can use any of VOXOFON's numerous calling options - computer, land line, cell phone or smart phone, including seamless applications for BlackBerry(R) smartphones and Android(TM) phones, such as the T-Mobile G1(TM), and a convenient web application for iPhone(TM). The company offers the lowest prices of any comparable service, with international calls beginning at 1.3 cents per minute, and no additional fees or monthly subscription.

The savings can be huge. "Even with a few employees making only occasional calls abroad, a business can save thousands of dollars a year without sacrificing mobility," said VOXOFON CEO Alexey Goloshubin. "For example, if one employee makes three 30-minute calls per month to Australia, the normal telephone company charge would be $3.49 per minute, or $3,762 per year. With VOXOFON, the calls would cost $.025 per minute, or $27 per year," he said.

Calling abroad on a mobile phone is expensive, but it is the preferred method for employees on the go, and this plan offers significant savings to mobile phone users. Goloshubin says that the company's application for BlackBerry(R) smartphones has generated the most interest so far.

"We have had a number of inquiries from businesses with traveling employees or customers abroad," he said. "Most of them were particularly interested in our application for BlackBerry(R) smartphones. They like the fact that once it is installed on the employee's phone, he or she can simply dial an international number, and the calls are automatically re-routed."
