Epson Receives A+ in Product Reliability and Ranks Number One in Resolution of Service Issues
Epson received top-tier grades in three of four product-related parameters, including an A+ in Product Reliability, an A- in Product Innovation and an A- in Product Performance. In addition, Epson ranked number one in the Video Display group in Resolution of Service Issues.

Epson also ranked first in Ease-of-Doing-Business, Quality of Sales Representatives and Just-in-Time Delivery; second in Product Reliability, Technical Support and Specialist Programs; third in Dealer Training and Distribution Policies; fourth in Inventory Turns and Price Protection; and fifth in Product Innovation and Attainable Profit Margins.
