Exchange Media Corp, reports major growth in Mobile Internet market and online gaming sectors in China

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - (OTC-EXMD.PK) The Company announces details of Mobile Internet growth in China.

According to the 2008-2009 China Mobile Internet Industry Development Report that was released recently, China Mobile Value-added service (VAS) market had reached 125.13 billion Yuan by the end of 2008 (18.3 billion in US dollar)

This number has increased 19.2% year on year from 2007-2008, which reached 105 billion Yuan, whereas this growth rate was lower than 2007.

Market scale of online games reaches 20.8 billion Yuan in 2008,

Chinese online games industry development report shows that market scale of Chinese online games reaches 20.8 billion Yuan in 2008, which increases 52.2% year on year that compared the increase of the growth rate of market 60% in 2006 and 77.7% in 2007. The tendency of increase is flat in 2008.

Online gaming industry will keep a good tendency in development .It is expected that the growth rate of market will keep 20% or more each year before 2012. However, it is almost impossible to increase rapidly. Industry report shows that the whole revenue of online games will reach 68.6 billion Yuan in 2012

In 2007, the market size of the online games in the world reached US$ 8.6 billion, with a year-on-year increase of 32.2%. Since 2003, the market size of the online game has been increasing at a annual rate of over 30% each year, up 2.5 times during the past five years. It is predicted that, in the coming 4-5 years, the global market of online games will maintain a double-digit increase and it will reach US$19.1 billion by 2011.
