- Enhanced dispute resolution. With the addition of extended search capabilities, Xactly Incent 4.5 will provide users with faster access to critical information, as well as summarized compensation-plan detail by individual.
- Improved document management. Xactly Incent 4.5 will deliver more flexibility in designing and routing plan documents to ensure the right information is sent to the right people in a timely manner.
- Extended CRM integration. Xactly Incent currently features single sign-on capabilities with today’s leading on-demand CRM applications from Microsoft, Oracle and salesforce.com. In the Incent 4.5 release, Xactly users can now configure and embed “widgets” throughout their CRM application that offer one-click access to Xactly SPM reports and sales performance management metrics.
- Enhanced security. Xactly Incent 4.5 will expand security controls for end-user access policies, providing companies with an enhanced level of data security that is customizable to meet their specific business needs.
- Better administrator usability. Improved usability for quota and rate table management in Xactly Incent 4.5 will provide customers with the ability to more efficiently manage frequent changes to reference data.

In order to move all customers to a single SPM platform, Xactly will be migrating Centive Compel customers to the Xactly Incent platform over time. Xactly is committed to supporting Compel customers for a minimum of 18 months. The combined platform will bring together the best of Compel and the best of Incent into a single platform with an intuitive user interface and a scalable architecture.
