NEW YORK, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- To celebrate London hosting the 2012 Olympic Games, British Airways will offer a $2012 roundtrip Club World (business class) fare to London from any of the airline's 19 USA gateways.
The $2012 fare will be available for sale Thursday and Friday, July 7 and 8, only. Departures are available from Aug. 4 through Sept. 15 with a Saturday night minimum stay; maximum stay is 11 months.
"The 2012 Olympic adventure starts today and what better way to start the London experience than with British Airways' award winning 180 degree flat bed Club World seat," said Elizabeth Weisser, Vice President Marketing North America, British Airways. "This two-day offer reflects a 76 to 81 percent reduction in price depending on originating USA gateway. The 2012 Olympics may be seven years away, but the excitement starts now."
Fares are subject to government approval and do not include government fees and taxes of approximately $144 plus the $2.50 Sept. 11 Security Fee.
There is a $400 cancellation fee, and once outbound departure has commenced, no changes are permitted.
