- The new Management Connectors to HP ServiceCenter and HP Service Manager provide a seamless workflow for incident management and resolution across Oracle and HP environments. Customers can integrate Oracle Enterprise Manager's proactive alert detection and resolution capabilities for Oracle software with HP's help desk products thereby reducing the time and effort to resolve issues and help achieve service objectives at lower costs.
- The Management Connector for HP OpenView Operations facilitates bi-directional exchange of alerts with Oracle Enterprise Manager, enabling the correlation of availability and performance problems across the technology stack. This provides customers the ability to maintain service levels and reduce downtime for business critical systems.
