TELEHOUSE and Global Internetworking Announce Joint Marketing Agreement

Posted on: Thursday, 7 July 2005, 12:00 CDT

TELEHOUSE International Corporation of America, the leading provider of high-level data center and collocation facilities, international internet exchanges, and business continuity and disaster recovery solutions, and Global Internetworking, Inc., the leading provider of carrier-neutral connectivity and managed network solutions, today announced a joint marketing and sales agreement.

The arrangement allows Global Internetworking to market TELEHOUSE's collocation and continuity and disaster recovery services to enterprise and service provider customers and to combine these services with Global Internetworking's data transport services. The services offered by Global Internetworking include bandwidth, IP access and transit, Ethernet, and private managed network services. TELEHOUSE will market these services to its clients that utilize its carrier-neutral data centers, Internet exchanges in Los Angeles and New York City, and collocation, business continuity, managed enterprise services, and operational products.

These services are available immediately to both firms' existing customers.

"This arrangement with Global Internetworking expands the bandwidth and managed network options available to our customers," said Masahiro Furuya, CEO, and President of TELEHOUSE. "Our relationship increases the availability of our products and services to a broader spectrum of service providers, system integrators, and enterprise users. We look forward to a long relationship working with the custom managed network solutions sector's leader."

Todd Vecchio, President, Global Internetworking, Inc., said: "A key part of our strategy is to offer medium and large enterprises integrated solutions that include reliable collocation and disaster recovery benefits. We believe TELEHOUSE's capabilities will be an attractive complement to our solutions going forward."
