WatchGuard LiveSecurity Service Gives UTM Customers Worldwide 24x7x365 Customer Support

LONDON, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- (INFOSEC) WatchGuard(R) Technologies, a global leader in extensible network security and connectivity solutions, today announced that starting in May, customers who purchase and activate any new WatchGuard Firebox Core e-Series, Peak e-Series or WatchGuard XTM 1050 UTM Bundle or UTM Software Suite will now get 24x7x365 customer support as part of their WatchGuard LiveSecurity service subscription.

WatchGuard LiveSecurity - Setting the Standard for Customer Excellence

Customer support is available for all WatchGuard LiveSecurity customers as part of the WatchGuard LiveSecurity subscription program. This program is designed to assist customers with specific issues regarding the configuration, operation and ongoing maintenance of their WatchGuard appliance.

In addition to providing customers with direct personal support, the WatchGuard LiveSecurity subscription also entitles customers to access a variety of online tools that are specifically designed to answer many common questions regarding the technical aspects of installing, configuration and maintaining WatchGuard products. These resources include an online knowledge base, known issues list, online training, product documentation and a user forum.
