-- RedMAX(R) will enable I-NetLink to enhance its high speed Internet service offerings and expand to new markets --

TORONTO, April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Redline Communications Group Inc. ("Redline") (TSX:RDL), a leading provider of WiMAX and broadband wireless infrastructure products, today announced that I-NetLink Wireless, a Manitoba-based wireless communications company, has chosen Redline's RedMAX(TM) WiMAX Forum Certified(R) products for its WiMAX network roll-out across 150 communities in rural Manitoba.

I-NetLink will deploy Redline's RedMAX solutions to provide true broadband service for internet access and feature-rich communications to its residential, SOHO (Small-Office Home-Office) small enterprise and rural-based customers. The RedMAX network, which will be the largest WiMAX network in Manitoba, will also allow I-Netlink to expand its network to areas where high capacity services were not available due to lack of fiber and limited interest from larger carriers in the past.

"After examining competing products, we selected Redline's WiMAX solutions for their proven high capacity, speed and cost effectiveness," said Charlie Clark, President and CEO, I-NetLink. "Redline's RedMAX AN-100UX(TM) base stations will further our mission to expand to new communities across the province and provide state-of-the-art communications to our customers at affordable prices."

"I-NetLink is leading the way in deploying WiMAX solutions to rural regions of Canada, not only stimulating the economy by providing critical communications technology, but by deploying what will become one of the largest 3.5 GHz WiMAX networks in Canada," said Kevin Suitor, Vice President of Marketing, Redline Communications. "We look forward to supporting them as they continue to expand their network, deploy additional RedMAX base stations and support their customers with superior services."

The WiMAX network will be deployed using I-NetLink's 3.5 GHz licensed spectrum holdings and extend its current infrastructure of 135 privately owned and operated towers, making I-NetLink the second largest telecommunications provider in the province.

Redline's RedMAX(TM) Family

Redline's RedMAX(TM) family of WiMAX solutions includes the world's first complete system to receive the WiMAX Forum Certified(TM) mark for conformance to the WiMAX standards for performance and interoperability. Redline's carrier-class RedMAX(TM) Base Stations (AN-100U and AN-100UX) support voice, video, and prioritized data traffic, enabling long-range, high-capacity wireless broadband networks. Redline's WiMAX products also include the RedMAX(TM) Indoor Subscriber Unit (SU-I) and Outdoor Subscriber Unit (SU-O) designed for enterprise and residential services. The RedMAX(TM) Management Suite enables operators to monitor and control the network, ensuring high service availability.

RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX Platform

The RedMAX 4C is the latest addition to Redline's family of WiMAX products. Operating in the 1.8 GHz, 2.3 GHz, 2.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz spectrum bands, and supporting a high concentration of subscribers, it enables operators to realize a rapid return on their WiMAX investment. The RedMAX 4C includes a modular, standardized (micro) TCA (micro Telecommunications Computing Architecture) chassis base station that is small, lightweight and easy to deploy, as well as a selection of customer premise equipment.
