Exchange Media Corp, announces plans to finance its Mobile Multi-Media business in China

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - (OTC-EXMD.PK) The Company announces its plans to raise funds for its Mobile Multi-Media business in China. The Company has entered into an informal arrangement to raise up to $ 500,000 USD in the coming 90 days. If the financing is completed within 90 days, the company will start Operations in China by September 2009. The Company will require additional funding to fully implement its business plans in China and other jurisdictions as announced earlier. The funding arrangement reached will be an equity or debt financing and the funds will be used for the general operational expenses of the Company. The Company has previously announced the following in its news releases.

1: Exchange Media Corp, announces certain features of Mobile Multi-Media platform. 2: Exchange Media Corp, plans to integrate Mobile Multi-Media Platform into 3G Networks. 3: Exchange Media Corp, plans to launch Mobile Multi-Media Platform.

As reported earlier Company's customized software will allow the users to search, download, manage, and play published audio and video content and video short clips, utilizing newly launched 3G networks in China.

The software incorporates value-added services such as video ring tones and real-time high resolution videos.

Exchange Media's mobile phone video/audio playing software (XC Player), rapidly built Exchange Media's audio/video distribution platform channel, and will utilize the video ring tone applications in China in the beginning.

Exchange Media is to integrate content and promotional channels, when fully implemented which will enhance Exchange Media's ability to deliver mobile phone audio/video playing software called platform (XC Player), and add user's groups to make Exchange Media to become one the top-level service provider of mobile music and video clip downloads in China.

With the advent and beginning of commercial usage of 3G networks in 2009 in China, Exchange Media intends to provide mobile TV service for users, if the Company is adequately funded.

Exchange Media intends to expand the user's group base (to add additional subscribers), and will seek media companies to market Mobile advertising.

Exchange Media focuses on integrated technology service platform and mature commercial model.

Exchange Media plans to expand to other markets of the world, such as North Africa, Middle East and India through joint ventures or strategic alliances.
