Kramer-Triad Community Manager Receives Association Management Award

Reserve Advisors Managers of Excellence Award Recognizes Outstanding Community Managers

ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Charles (Chick) Bricker, Jr., CMCA, PCAM, Vice President at Kramer-Triad Management Group LLC(Kramer-Triad), an Associa Company, was recently recognized for his work as a portfolio community manager with the inaugural Managers of Excellence Award. The award was established by Reserve Advisors to recognize community managers demonstrating industry expertise, commitment to the client and overall professional conduct.

Mr. Bricker started with Kramer-Triad in 1999 as a portfolio manager overseeing multiple communities, each with unique challenges. Mr. Bricker's more than 40 years of business and community management experience have helped him meet those challenges and build relationships with his clients while educating the board of directors on fiduciary responsibilities. Mr. Bricker also maintains his PCAM credential, the highest level credential through industry trade organization Community Association Institute.
