Mhatre brings more than 13 years of retirement experience to Aon Consulting. Prior to joining Aon, he was the market leader of Mercer's retirement business for the Pacific Southwest. In his new role, Mhatre will be responsible for ensuring responsiveness to clients' needs around the human resources and financial issues of their retirement plans, as well as ensuring that thought leadership and consulting processes support those needs holistically.
