Alta California Regional Center Saving Time, Increasing Efficiency With Qqest's TimeForce

Prior to implementing TimeForce, Alta Regional was using spreadsheets to track worked time for their 450 employees. With this manual process, the payroll coordinator spent hours tracking down missed information, transferring data between documents, tallying time, vacation, sick leave, compensatory time off, as well as overtime, and then reporting information back to employees.
Alta Regional selected TimeForce from among several other time and attendance software vendors because it was easy to use, and could accommodate the variety of employee work schedules.
After using TimeForce for just nine months, Alta Regional is already seeing positive results.
"TimeForce has helped our organization convert a spreadsheet-based time and attendance system to a fully automated, robust, and yet simple-to-use reporting system," said
With TimeForce, Alta Regional spends less time and energy processing payroll, and more time providing vital services to individuals with disabilities and their families. "We're very satisfied," said Tiedemann. "I'm glad we chose this time and attendance solution and I'd definitely recommend it to others."
