Ian MacLeod Joins Qatalyst Group as Partner and Head of Global Software and Services Investment Banking

SAN FRANCISCO, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Qatalyst Group, the technology-focused merchant banking boutique, announced today that Ian W. MacLeod has joined the Firm as a Partner and Head of Global Software and Services Investment Banking. Mr. MacLeod, most recently Managing Director and Global Head of Software Investment Banking for Goldman, Sachs & Co., will be based at Qatalyst's San Francisco headquarters and will advise technology companies and private investment firms on mergers & acquisitions, financings and strategic investments in the software and services sectors.
