TEL AVIV, Israel, June 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RADCOM Ltd. (RADCOM) (NASDAQ and TASE: RDCM) today announced that a premier provider of international voice and satellite services in Asia, has selected RADCOM's Omni-Q to monitor its voice over internet protocol, (VoIP) network.

The Omni-Q service assurance and customer experience monitoring solution offers broad visibility throughout both the service provider's own network and the networks they connect to, in several international locations, thus ensuring CEM for this provider. In addition, Omni-Q is a 24/7 monitoring solution that meets the operator's day-to-day protocol analysis troubleshooting requirements.

Omni-Q enables troubleshooting at several levels - network level protocol analysis up to application level protocols - as well as monitoring data for online call detail correlation, SS7 link management and maintenance message decoding and analysis.

The service provider found Omni-Q to be the best customizable tool that allowed them to manage a multi-vendor, multi-protocol environment that included gateways around the world. Omni-Q allowed the service provider to easily locate problems anywhere on their network, on a 24/7 basis, offering them the visibility and flexibility it required."

"We are very pleased that this major service provider will benefit from Omni-Q's abilities to provide both monitoring and protocol analysis," said Eyal Harari, VP Products and Marketing at RADCOM. "Equally important, the Omni-Q service assurance solution is designed to expand as needed, to easily keep pace with the continuing growth of the service provider's VoIP network services."
