Posted on: Tuesday, 16 June 2009, 10:25 CDT
YCD MuVi Wall(TM), the new high impact video wall solution, uses Matrox M9140 and M9120 graphics cards, each of which can transmit full HD (1920x1080 at 60Hz) resolution video per output. Each card can connect up to four screens, and when multiple cards are integrated with YCD MuVi Wall, a maximum resolution of 9 screens at Full HD with a total resolution of 5760x3240 or 17280x1080 can be achieved. The YCD MuVi Wall video wall supports three, four, six, and nine digital messaging screens of any size, in any matrix.
"Digital signage installations are ever-evolving, and the Matrox/YCD decorative display wall provides businesses with a new platform to captivate audiences," says
The solution is particularly suitable for public areas where clear and sharp content over giant screens is a must. The YCD MuVi Wall has a simple-to-use and intuitive user interface designed for non-technical users. In addition, dynamic content can be changed at the press of a button, giving viewers the sensation that the content is "alive" and up-to-date at all times, without having to spend thousands of dollars producing complex content in order to achieve the same result.
"The cooperation between YCD and Matrox has resulted in a winning solution that delivers the highest display system resolutions while achieving one of the highest levels of content quality in the world today," says
Matrox Graphics will be showcasing this technology at InfoComm 2009,
