Exchange Media Corp. announces significant growth in Mobile value added services in China

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, June 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - (OTC-EXMD.PK) The Company announces significant growth in the Mobile Value added services (VAS) in China. Recent Mobile Wireless industry reports show an annual growth of 36.9% on an annualized basis, generating 36.91 billion RMB in the first quarter of 2009.

However, according to a research firm, growth in the VAS market slowed over the last six months, due to the national economy and competition among operators. The growth is anticipated to be higher in Q2.

Exchange Media Corp. expects to benefit from this growth potential, once it has secured adequate financing to implement its plans and become a service provider in the Chinese Mobile VAS market.

Exchange Media Corp. has developed a customized audio/video software system called (XC Player).

The company's customized software will allow the users to search, download, manage, and play published audio and video content and short clips, utilizing newly launched 3G network in China.

The software incorporates value-added services such as video ring tones and real-time high resolution video, when fully operational.

Exchange Media's mobile phone audio/video playing software (XC-Player), will enable Exchange Media's audio/video distribution platform, and will provide the video ring tone application in China.

Exchange Media will integrate mobile content and entertainment channels, enhancing Exchange Media's mobile phone audio/video playing software (XCPlayer), and accumulate user's group in order to make Exchange Media to become one the top-level service provider of mobile music and video clip download in China.

The software will support all international audio/video codec based standards and will utilize the most efficient compression and optimization technology to help customers save bandwidth and money.
