New Contracts, Expansion of Services Fuel Growth

CHICAGO, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Capacity, Inc. (parent: Capital Growth Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: CGSY)), the world's leading telecommunications information and logistics company, today announced that it has won several new contracts across its entire product portfolio, including an expansion of its Strategic Sourcing product line. The Company has also signed contract renewals and extensions with several major clients. Total value of these contracts exceeds $7.6 million.

Global Capacity leverages a one of a kind global information base of telecom supply and pricing data to enable clients to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and simplify operations of their access networks globally. The Company goes to market with three product lines: Strategic Sourcing Solutions; Software as a Service; and Optimization Solutions.

Strategic Sourcing Solutions enable clients to procure and manage access networks more efficiently by delivering targeted services or bundled solutions. Engineering Services help clients cost effectively build or expand their layer one infrastructure. Remote Management Services (RMS) allow customers to leverage a proactive, world class monitoring and maintenance service to enable more efficient operation of their global networks. Portfolio Management and Access Solutions enable clients to streamline the procurement and management of their access networks with a turn-key, bundled solution for new or existing networks. The Company has recently been awarded new and renewal contracts across all Strategic Sourcing Solutions products.

Global Capacity has also recently expanded its Strategic Sourcing product line to include order process augmentation services, and has signed an agreement with a major North American service provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Global Capacity will process orders related to grooming and optimizing the service provider's off-net access network.

"As we leverage our information, systems and tools to help customers identify opportunities to optimize their networks, one of the consistent challenges is that customers lack the resources to implement the savings that we identify," said Patrick Shutt, Global Capacity Chief Executive Officer. "By expanding our Strategic Sourcing Solutions to include order processing services, we enable our customers to implement and realize identified savings, creating a more efficient access network environment."

Through its Software as a Service product line, Global Capacity enables clients to accurately generate an automated price for access networks around the world. This technology accelerates sales cycles and reduces back office costs for clients, helping to grow top line revenue while improving margins. Recent contract wins in the US and in Europe have helped grow this business, with a very strong pipeline of global prospects.

Optimization Solutions leverage Global Capacity's information base, systems and tools to identify and implement cost reductions and optimized network designs for client's access networks. New contracts in Europe, coupled with on-going projects currently under contract, continue to yield opportunities to help clients reduce cost. Using its systems, tools, and analytics, Global Capacity has identified over $162 million of potential savings across a total network spend exceeding $555 million.

"We are very pleased with the continued growth across all of our product lines," continued Shutt. "These new contracts and contract renewals are strong validation that our telecom information and logistics model meets a critical need in the market, and our continued execution has earned the trust of our clients."
