Verizon Statement on Introduction of 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act

WASHINGTON, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Representative Edward Markey late Friday (June 26) introduced the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (HR 3101), which ensures that individuals with disabilities have access to emerging Internet protocol-based communications and video programming technologies in the 21st century. The following is a statement by Peter Davidson, Verizon senior vice president of federal government relations:
