Afghanistan under Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Islamic Republic ofAfghanistan to implement a nationwide OFC network project with international connectivity. The OFC project is designed to construct a fiber optic backbone linking the main road system in the country and cover the main ring fromKabul -Kandahar - Herat - Mazar -Kabul .
