CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- ATTUS Technologies' latest customer survey reveals 97.8% overall satisfaction with its customer support staff. ATTUS continues to exceed its clients' expectations with its free, customer support delivered via the client's preference of phone or email. To gauge satisfaction with its technical support, ATTUS sends a follow up email survey after a support ticket is closed. Over 700 clients have completed the survey that measures such key performance indicators as clients' overall satisfaction with the support line, currently rated 97.8%; the professionalism of ATTUS' support representatives, rated 99.1%; and the ease of working with those representatives, rated 98.2%.
