CCHS Announces New Digital, On-Demand Fulfillment Process to Eliminate Pre-Printed Inventory and Produce Highly-Targeted Client Materials

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Cross Country Home Services, Inc. (CCHS), the leader in helping companies drive revenue and customer loyalty through a comprehensive set of home warranties, home service plans and homeowner emergency assistance programs, today announced the transition from a traditional, envelope-based customer fulfillment kit to a new print-on-demand, variable image and variable data booklet format.
This new approach eliminates pre-printed inventory and allows for every page to contain dynamic, personalized content. It also streamlines and automates the entire fulfillment process, as all kit versioning and customer personalization can be performed "in line" - eliminating the need for separate, manual insertion into a traditional window envelope for mailing.
"In addition to the production and postal efficiencies we gain from this new process, the ability to dynamically produce personalized, highly-targeted content on every page of the booklet will help us facilitate cross-selling and up-selling for our clients," said Sean Mooney, Vice President of Marketing for CCHS. "And that directly translates into additional value and revenue for our clients."
The new, on-demand booklet-style kit also allows for on-the-fly changes to both content and imagery. Traditional "print and fulfill" processes require reprinting collateral materials, and often result in inventory spoilage and increased print lead time.
Partnering with CCHS in this new fulfillment process is Orlando-based Fulfillment Partners, Inc., Millennium Marketing Group (mmgfulfillment.com), a full-service marketing services company specializing in print, mail and other fulfillment services.
