"Managed Services, like those offered by Siemens Enterprise, can help companies cost-effectively maintain complex communications infrastructures," said Brian Riggs, Research Director at Current Analysis. "With them, companies gain a single source of support and systems management, obviating the need to enter into support contracts with multiple technology providers and generally reducing support costs."

Companies benefiting from SEN Group's Managed Services include:

  • Large U.S. public sector organization with an agreement worth $20 million over 60 months
  • Global pharmaceutical company with an agreement worth $20 million over 43 months
  • Global financial services organization with an agreement for $55 million over the next 66 months
  • Latin American media services company with an agreement for $1.4 million over the next 36 months
  • Latin American mining company with an agreement for $1.7 million over the next 36 months
  • European auto parts provider with an agreement for $5 million over 36 months

Working through SEN Group's global Managed Services infrastructure ensures consistency of service levels, processes and policies, and gives customers increased cost control and visibility into network performance, allowing them to focus on their core competencies. Regardless of size, geographic location, level of in-house expertise or differing vendor solutions deployed, SEN Group works closely with customers to understand their needs, offering a full range of multi-vendor and multi-technology management, integration services and multiple deployment options.

Through SEN Group's OpenScale Managed Services portfolio, customers can reduce support costs from assessment through design and deployment, while managing their end-to-end collaboration needs and achieving operational efficiencies as they continue to grow and expand their businesses globally. SEN Group not only allows customers the ease of working with one vendor to manage traditional voice services but can also develop standardized SOA and SIP-based infrastructures tailored to customers' needs, eliminating the guesswork of managing and integrating their converged communications technologies.

"The SEN Group has a global network of service professionals with deep industry expertise in the delivery and support of unified communications solutions from every major vendor and who really take the time to understand a customer's unique requirements," said Richard Schlauri, Senior Vice President of Life Cycle and Managed Services, SEN Group. "We can quickly help our customers demystify the complexities of UC and integrate even the most complex business applications, helping them to drive down expenses and optimize network assets while focusing more resources and attention on what matters most -- better serving their customers."
