LINDEN, Mich., July 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DirectView Technology Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: DVWG), is pleased to announce that the Company will be filing for a name and symbol change to better reflect the Company's new business model and strategy. DirectView Technology Group will also be announcing a new management team that will be focused on implementing its new business model. The Company will be seeking and evaluating acquisition candidates in various vertical markets.
