EMJ Announces Distribution Agreement with ScriptLogic Corp.; Windows-Based Desktop Administration Solutions Expand Opportunities for Microsoft Resellers

GUELPH, Ontario, Canada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2003--EMJ Data Systems Ltd. (TSX: EMJ) is pleased to announce it has entered into a distribution agreement with ScriptLogic Corp., the leader in desktop administration software for Windows-based networks. Under the terms of this agreement, EMJ will distribute the full line of ScriptLogic solutions, including its latest release, Desktop Authority.

ScriptLogic has long been the highly acclaimed point-and-click desktop administration tool for Windows-based networks that combines logon scripting, security policies and user profile management into a single, intuitive, GUI-based management console. Additionally, IT personnel equipped with ScriptLogic's Desktop Authority can remote control computers and manage files, shares, processes, services, registry settings and permission via secure remote access from any Web browser without the need to install additional client-side software.
