Marcy Kawadler Joins Carousel Industries From Netversant

EXETER, R.I., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ — Marcy A. Kawadler has joined Carousel Industries as Director of Sales for Northern California, expanding Carousel’s reach from coast to coast. Marcy will be accountable for developing and executing Carousel’s go-to-market strategy overseeing all aspects of their extensive portfolio and partnerships in the region. Marcy will lead a sales team of professionals, and support staff focused exclusively on retention, growth objectives and superior customer satisfaction within the Northern California territories.

Marcy comes to Carousel from Netversant where she was National Sales Director. In her role at Netversant, she was responsible for business development, managing sales teams, developing marketing programs, and orchestrating customer events. Before Netversant, she was the Director of Sales and Operations for Rockefeller Group Telecommunications, and a Senior Sales Executive with NextiraOne (formerly Nortel Networks and Williams Communications).

Prior to working in the telecommunications industry, Marcy was a Business Consultant for Arthur Anderson focusing on developing strategies and matrix reporting on customer satisfaction. She also spent 10 years in hotel operations at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco as the Front Office Manager where she was responsible for building teams that exceeded customers’ expectations.

Marcy is a graduate of the University of Denver and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with a major in Hotel Management.

Marcy will reinforce Carousel’s commitment to customer satisfaction. She brings many years of customer facing experience and having her on the Carousel team will only enhance our customers’ experience.
