Delta Customers Affected By Tropical Storm Emily May Change Travel Plans Without Penalties or Fees

ATLANTA, July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Delta Air Lines' customers booked on flights traveling to or from select cities in the Caribbean may make adjustments to their travel schedule due to the impact of Tropical Storm Emily.
Customers who purchased a ticket by July 13, 2005, and are scheduled to travel July 13-16, 2005, to, from or through select cities on Delta, Song(R), or Delta Connection(R), or Delta-coded flights, may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if tickets are changed by July 21, 2005, and travel begins on or before July 21, 2005. Changes to origins and destinations may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking.
Customers whose flights are cancelled may request refunds. All customers are encouraged to visit delta.com for the latest news on Tropical Storm Emily, in addition to their local airport's web site, prior to departure.
Impacted cities include the following (note: list may not be complete): - Grenada - Barbados - Aruba - Curacao, Netherlands Antilles - Antigua - St. Lucia
