Compliance Services, LLC Solicits Bids For Tenant Screening Services

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of more than 650 affordable housing communities in California, Compliance Services, LLC of Walnut Creek, has issued a Request For Proposals from qualified vendors for comprehensive tenant screening services. The RFP is available at the Compliance Services, LLC Web site at http://www.housingcompliance.org and through the RFP Database.
"We're excited about the potential to provide cost-effective tenant screening services to our California affordable housing communities," says Lorna Henri, Compliance Director at Compliance Services, LLC. "Right now, our members purchase tenant screening services individually. We believe we can negotiate a better price for these services on behalf of our membership."
The RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide background checks, credit checks, criminal records checks and eviction histories on applicants for affordable housing communities in California. Vendor responses that conform to the RFP response guidelines will be accepted until September 4, 2009.
