Jobg8 Releases New Pay for Performance Product for Job Boards that are Network Members

PORTLAND, Maine, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Jobg8, a new tool for internet job boards that creates a network of jobs and a dynamic marketplace for job boards, has developed a sophisticated application that allows job board members to offer a "pay for performance" (P4P) product to their clients. Jobg8 has been testing the application on several job boards since March, and the version now released includes a number of enhancements deemed critical by beta users.
The application enables job boards to offer a service from their site that allows the client to build a job posting and select qualification, or "filtering", questions and answers from an online library. As more in-depth filtering questions are selected by the client, they will see their price per application increase through the creation process. Once the client is satisfied with the posting, the filtering questions and the cost per qualified application, he or she determines the number of applications he or she would like to receive and then finishes the transaction. The job board then releases the posting and the questions to the Jobg8 network where it is widely distributed to ensure a timely and adequate response. Any job seeker who applies for the position anywhere within the Jobg8 network will then be required to answer the qualifying questions as part of the application process. Qualified applicants are then delivered back to the original client who is then only charged for the qualified applications received. The application is fully branded from the originating job board and allows the board to offer a unique and innovative product for those customers looking for less risk and more qualified applicants.
