NAVIS Signs Prestigious Trump International Beach Resort

BEND, Ore., Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- NAVIS, the leading developer of innovative reservation-capture solutions for the resort lodging market, today announced a new contract for the NAVIS System with the celebrated Trump International Beach Resort, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Trump International Beach Resort will utilize NAVIS Narrowcast to convert more of their inbound telephone calls to reservations, capture more caller data, leverage their caller data for more targeted marketing, and drive more calls to their resort. In addition, the Resort will take advantage of NAVIS RezForce, a professionally staffed reservations call center that will take their after-hours and overflow calls.
