China Fire Announces Date of Shareholders Meeting, October 16, 2009

BEIJING, Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Fire & Security Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: CFSG) ("China Fire" or "the Company"), a leading total solution provider of industrial fire protection systems in China, today announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on October 16, 2009. The meeting will be held at 10:00AM, Beijing time, at B-2508 TYG Center, C2 Dongsanhuanbeilu, Chaoyang District, Beijing, P.R. China, for the following purposes:

Only shareholders of record at the close of business on August 27, 2009 are entitled to notice and to vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournment. Shareholders are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting.
