ON Semiconductor to Announce Second-Quarter Financial Results Monday, July 25; Company Provides Conference Call Details

ON Semiconductor Corp. (Nasdaq: ONNN) plans to announce its financial results for the second quarter ending July 1, 2005, after the market closes on Monday, July 25.

The company will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time (EDT) following the release of its financial results. Investors and interested parties can access the conference call in the following manner:

-- Through a webcast of the conference call via the Investors section of the company's Web site at http://www.onsemi.com. The re-broadcast of the call will be available at this site approximately one hour following the live broadcast and will continue for 30 days.

-- Through a telephone call by dialing 703-639-1371. The company will provide a dial-in replay approximately one hour following the live broadcast that will continue through Aug. 1.
