Generali USA Extends Systems Capabilities and Resiliency Plan With Strategic CoSentry Agreement

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Generali USA announced a strategic extension of their systems capabilities and resiliency support plan with an agreement to make CoSentry their primary network location. The new design, which uses the CoSentry Resiliency Network's Kansas City Data Center, will allow Generali to reduce costs, build in redundancy and remain flexible for growth.
"This was an important decision to assure the availability of infrastructure and systems for growth and resiliency," related Bill Crouch, Sr. VP of Generali USA. "CoSentry made the transition extremely smooth by remaining client focused throughout the planning and implementation process," he added. Generali USA has moved to their new headquarters space in July of 2009, and have migrated their systems operations and backup facilities to the CoSentry center.
